Let certified landscape architect Barry Williams walk you through everything from lot selection and house placement to parking plan and basic planting. Williams helps you navigate oft-forgotten considerations such as vehicle and pedestrian access, location of amenities (pools, gazebos, outdoor kitchens), and directional orientation, site use, and plant size and spacing. This will be an ideal session for those about to embark on building a new home, adding amenities, refreshing landscaping, and sprucing up curb appeal for buying or selling. Favorite parts of this class will be Barry’s Do’s & Don’ts, pet peeves, and a customized Q & A.
